This Saturday October 11th is the WBC championship fight between WBC emeritus champion "Dr. Ironfist" Vitali Klitschko and current WBC champion Samuel "The Nigerian Nightmare" Peter. Vitali Klitschko was awarded "emeritus" status when he couldn't continue his career via an injury, so the WBC awarded him the opportunity to fight for the WBC belt if he desired to return in the future. He has taken this opportunity, and this is why he is facing Peter. Both Vitali and Sam feel it's their belt and a small scuffle broke out after the press conference when both fighters claimed the belt was theirs.
