On the night of Tuesday March 26th, which is Wladimir's birthday, Wladimir was treated to the WBO Super Champion Belt, which makes him one of a select few who have received this award in the history of the WBO organization. He received the belt from the children of the Sister Isolina Ferre Center in Puerto Rico that offers educational programs for the disenfranchised, and also participate of the WBO Kids Drug Free Program. The kids were in awe and very friendly towards the WBO & IBF heavyweight champion and even presented him with a huge birthday cake decorated with the WBO heavyweight belt. Klitschko went on to say that "This is the best birthday present and party ever that I have had. This is my first trip to Puerto Rico. I am from the Ukraine. I feel like I am in the Ukraine.
