Negotiations are finally over and its official that the current IBF/WBO/IBF heavyweight champion Wladimir "Steelhammer" Klitschko will defend his titles in Germany on June 20th, 2009 against former cruiserweight champion turned heavyweight contender David "Hayemaker" Haye.
