Haye Says He Will Beat Wladimir Easily
Bunce Talks About Klitschko Haye Venue
In this video Steve Bunce discusses rumors about where the fight that's close to being signed between Wladimir Klitschko and David Haye will take place. He believes it's a good possibility that it will be in Berlin, Germany.
Chambers Decisions Peter
On Friday night IBF #3 ranked "Fast" Eddie Chambers(34-1, 18 KOs) won a 12 round majority decision over the former WBC ex champion Samuel Peter(30-3, 23 KOs) at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles. This was Peter's 1st fight since losing his belt to Vitali Klitschko.
In the fight Chambers was alot quicker than the career high 265 lb Peter, but did not engage much while on the inside.
I think this is the end of Peter. If he is unwilling to get himself into the shape he needs to be competitive at his age while being fairly young he never will, and even if he does he's not going to be any better than he is now in his prime years.
As for Chambers this is a good name for his record and a solid win. Look for him to be in title contention soon.
Klitschko vs Haye Almost A Done Deal
It appears that the fight between current WBO/IBF/IBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko(52-3, 46 KOs) and former cruiserweight champion turned heavyweight David Haye(22-1, 22 KOs) is almost set for the planned date of June 20th. The contract has not been signed yet, but it appears that it is very likely it will be signed soon in the next couple days according to representatives of Wladimir Klitschko who contacted fightnews.
There is also a potential match up with his big brother and WBC champion Vitali Klitschko(37-2, 36 KOs)and Chris Arreola(26-0, 23 KOs) who was originally set to face Wladimir if the Haye talks did not work out. However, Arreola has to get past his scheduled fight with Jameel McCline(39-9, 23 KOs) first on April 11th.

WBC Declares Vitali Klitschko Greatest Puncher
From a official statement from the WBC organization today, Vitali Klitschko is declared by them as the greatest puncher ever in the heavyweight division with his knockout percentage now a high 97.2%! They also say he is the best pound for pound! Here is the official WBC statement:
“[Vitali] Klitschko proved that he is the best fighter in the world nowadays, pound for pound, after defeating Juan Carlos Gomez who had a record of 35 knockouts in 44 wins and only 1 loss. Klitschko has outdone all other fighters, no matter what division they belong to. The heavyweight world champion is the only one who can claim he is the greatest champion in the world of boxing as nobody can defeat him. With Vitali´s extraordinary wins, in fights that have been stunning to world fans, showing absolute control and power, our king of the heavyweights has silenced many mouths and media that had unfairly attacked him without any evidence, and been disrespectful to him, considering the great class he is showing. Jose Sulaiman, president of our organization, stated today that Klitschko is the pride the WBC as well as he is the pride of world boxing. Vitlai Klitschko’s record is now: 37 wins; 36 of them by knockout, and including his last win by KO, his percentage in this specialty went up to 97.2%, fact after which Klitschko is placed as the greatest puncher ever in the heavyweight division.”
