Valuev Confirmed WBA Undisputed Champ

With Ruslan Chagaev being the WBA "champion in recess" and Nicolai Valuev being the WBA champ, there was questions who was the actual champion, but now the WBA ratings indicate clearly that Nicolai Valuev is the undisputed WBA heavyweight champion. Here's what Chris Meyer, General Manager of Team Sauerland had to say...

“We welcome the WBA´s decision. It confirms what we have been saying for a long time – that Nikolai Valuev is the undisputed WBA Heavyweight Champion. Since the new ratings clearly state who the true champion is, we can now submit the applications for official approval of Niko´s next fight – the voluntary defence against David Haye,”
