Valuev vs. Holyfield Almost Inked?

According to recent news there may be a voluntary defense from "The Beast From The East" Nicolai Valuev against 4-time heavyweight champion "The Real Deal" Holyfield. The fight if is signed will occur on December 20th of this year in Zürich. Since Golota just lost and was considered an alternate opponent choice, this will most likely be signed unless of course they decide to go with Golota's conqueror Ray Austin.

Here's what Valuev's manager Boris Dimitrov had to say:

"The Valuev–Holyfield fight will take place on December 20th in Zürich. Why Holyfield? Because we do not have other viable options. Golota can't get in a ring against Valuev. The fight contract is not signed yet, but in two weeks we will agree. Yesterday Nikolay has arrived from Japan. Until November 16th he will prepare for the fight in Russia, and the closing stages of his preparation will take place in Germany."
